Mmm … my understanding is that a sender can prove a payment was delivered by supplying the pre-image. That said, a relay would have to prove that the pre-image and payment_hash was indeed relevant for that tip. That may be resolved with HODL invoices.

Bolt12 includes payer proofs. If we ever see wide bolt12 support, youd be able to have a “receipt” for the ln payment.

Dope. I’m doing a coinswap project right now with nostr. For that to really work, it needs to be censorship resistant, and you can’t fully enumerate all the coordination points (there have to be some number that you know exist but cant find). Nostr is the perfect thing.

I suspect this will be easy in nostr. Use single use seals with tweaked taproot tx, and store the commitment hashes in a nostr tag, creating a chain of digital signatures.

In this way a bitcoin transaction becomes a chain of headers within a blockchain. A blockchain within a block chain, delivered via nostr which uses the say key format

Take the classic single use seal idea and use nostr for aggregation and availability. Take the merkle root of all the seals and use it as a tweak to a schnorr key. Do the mainstay idea of paying to the same pubkey everytime but tweaked with a commitment to a bag of assets or sidechain blocks or whatever. Nostr + Bitcoin could be a potent combo

right. we have an internal github, issue tracker, we do marketing search on competitor services, NIP-05 IDs across nostr, user needs, user goals, conversions, you name it. we aren't fucking around, so to speak. 😂😂

you shouldn't need to clear cache. you may need to close the window and then reopen (so browser fetches new version). and maybe reload a couple times..

The only "good" argument here for centralization is that 52% of nodes run on either Google Cloud or AWS. That's not good. We make fun of Ethereum for these statistics. But we also don't have to use those large routing nodes either. You can open channels to whomever you want to do business with.
