ketogenic metabolic states are known to have advantages and there are labs and athletes exploring this further Im really not sure what the argument is. If it’s you need carbs or your performance will suck this is still being debated in endurance sports if it’s you die sooner who knows we will just need to find out won’t we.

What kind of performance what’s good for one sport is not always good for another . I can do way more volume on 30g of carbs, on the other end of it max power give me 100-200g. carnivore is probably not optimal but it does seam to solve some issues for folks. Everything is a trade off. I feel like shit on anything over 100g of carbs a day regardless the source some people feel like shit unless they eat 400g per day. We are a very adaptable animal with diversity in dna nothing is universal

There are examples of endurances athletes on carnivore i would think you could do anything You want on any diet yet not all diets are optimal for all types of activity

I do blood work for that so I can test it before and after if I stay on it for a good amount of time. I’m a bit of a blood work geek
