Politics divides. Trade brings people together. Destroy political power & set trade free.

It's just people sportsing real hard against other people sportsing real hard, while a bunch of still other people get drunk & make bets on all the sportsing.

Because in the bigger picture it doesn't really matter & it's so over the top it probably does more to move people toward it than away. Gives his followers an endless stream of Bitcoiners correcting him & exposing them to good info.

💯 I might say

"Ideas so good they have to be imposed by force"

Or

"Ideas so good they have to be mandatory"

But the message is the same 😊

Whatever you think of Peter, Irwin Schiff (his dad) died in jail for tax resistance & for teaching people that taxarion was evil & that voluntary trade was the path to a better world.

And Peter has moved a lot of people toward libertarianism. They deserve more love & respect than they get.

What's more compassionate?

A) Producing something people need & making it available to others as a voluntary exchange.

OR

B) Forcing people to pay for something (using the threat of a cage or death) because you believe everyone needs it.

As painfully obvious as the answer should be, we live in a world full of people who are religiously devoted to the second option.

So thankful 😊 to have #Bitcoin #Nostr as the seeds for making such violent religious beliefs technologically obsolete 💛

What would the world look like now if the leaders of the banking cartel were killed before they had a strangle hold on everything 🤔 no world wars...?

Grains are extremely addictive & inflammatory. That's why farmers use them to fatten their livestock, & also why addicts have very negative reactions when you tell them this.

A diet based solely on meat can have certain health effects, some of which can be problematic. It’s important to be aware of these aspects:

1. Nutritional Deficiencies: A strictly carnivorous diet may lead to deficiencies in fiber, vitamins, and essential minerals traditionally obtained from plant-based foods.

2. Lack of Fiber: Meat lacks fiber, and insufficient fiber intake can affect digestive health and contribute to constipation.

3. Digestive Issues: Excessive meat consumption can cause digestive discomfort, such as indigestion or acidity problems.

4. Cardiovascular Risks: A diet rich in meat, especially processed or high in saturated fats, may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

5. Impact on the Renal System: Excessive protein intake, especially from meat, can put additional strain on the kidneys.

6. Weight Maintenance Challenges: A meat-only diet can be challenging to sustain in the long term and may lead to difficulties in maintaining a healthy body weight.

A balanced diet that includes a variety of foods can bring long-term health benefits.

Human evolution has played a significant role in developing the capacity for humans to consume and digest both meat and vegetables. Several aspects highlight the evolutionary adaptations that have contributed to this capability:

1. Human Dentition: Human teeth reflect an evolutionary compromise between adaptation to both meat and plant consumption. We have both molars, efficient in grinding plant foods, and canines, which can contribute to meat consumption.

2. Digestive Tract: The human digestive tract has evolved to digest both meat, requiring proteolytic enzymes for protein breakdown, and plant foods, requiring enzymes for carbohydrate breakdown.

3. Cooking Capability: The use of fire and cooking has been a key innovation in human evolution. This allowed the efficient processing and consumption of both meat and vegetables, enhancing the availability of nutrients.

4. Dietary Knowledge: Human communities have gained dietary knowledge over time, learning to combine food resources, including vegetables and meat, to achieve a balanced diet.

5. Adaptability to Diverse Environments: Human adaptability to diverse environments has favored a diverse diet, including both animal and plant protein sources.

In conclusion, human evolution has endowed humans with a digestive system and adaptability that make them capable of consuming both meat and vegetables, reflecting a diverse and adaptable diet suited to different environmental conditions and available food resources.

Nah, plants will leave you difficient. Fiber is not something we can digest at all, and it is the cause of most gut issues. People eat fiber & even clay in many cultures because in extreme poverty some food + a full stomach is better than a mostly empty one.

Grains are basically just sugar. All starchy vegetables are basically just sugar. A potato is roughly equal to a bowl of icecream.

Dairy is troublesome for a lot of people so I don't generally recommend it. But even so high quality grass fed butter is far healthier than any plant product.

There are essential fatty acids & essential amino acids - there are no essential carbs. Plants are carb heavy & lack essential fats & protiens, while meat has everything we need.

Meat only, or low carb, is always very difficult for the first 2 or 3 weeks. Lots of people also drag out the transition pains by continuing to eat things that cause problems.

Eat real food: Steak & eggs.

Saturated (animal) fats are best.

Plants are poverty food & they're mostly trying to kill you. We aren't able to make much use of nutrients wrapped in cellulose, & plants protect themselves by producing toxins that cause inflammation & leech things out of our system.

Grains are not fit for human consumption, we don't eat grass & grains are grass seeds which the plants most want to protect with lectins, oxalates, saponins, etc. And to make matters worse the overwhelming majority now are soaked in herbicides & pesticides. Even before the spraying became a problem farmers were using grains to fatten all kinds of livestock & to produce foie gras. And yet people still wonder why kids stuffing their faces with cereal & corn syrup are getting fatty liver disease.

Nuts are also seeds which are loaded with oxalates & other troublesome things. Drinking nut milks, eating nut butter, & consuming wildly unnatural amounts of nut products will cause inflammation, can cause skin issues, kidney stones, etc.

Seed & Veg oils are industrial lubricants made from crop waste & they were rebranded as edible when companies were trying to cut costs during the inflation of the 70s

Conclusion:

Animal meat should be the primary focus of a healthy diet. Vegetables are completely unnecessary, but won't kill you if they have a minor role in your diet.

Israeli leaders have been funding & propping up the worst thugs in Gaza so they could eventually justify attacking & taking everything from everyone else.
