Pretty sure I lost my Umbrel from upgrading docker. Lesson learned.
Good news is that the Umbrel Lightning Node restore worked well, and Thunderhub/Amboss fund recovery worked well too. I just spent too much time offline and all my channels force closed. 😭
But I was able to overwrite my Nostr relay database and all my relay history is back. This has been a good learning experience. Now back to building my lightning node back up from scratch. ugh
Sure it's a bandaid, but it's a very useful and necessary bandaid.
Even if a single one of them was legit, the hoops you have to jump through to earn them aren't worth it.
SimpleX is better for DMs. I'd rather Nostr concentrated on public notes.
