I have a really hard time honoring a day for basically all of the worst people of my life. Literally every president I’ve ever lived under was a total piece of garbage human.

For the average person it’s always been like this no matter the first prez the last or every one in between.
I saw what I saw during the presidencies I lived through. I also see how those presidents are treated in media. I feel it is extremely unlikely any presidents I missed lived up to the hype.

my dad used to do the 3 days water fast. the earliest seen stories of 3 days and 3 nights without food and water was seen during Queen Esther's time 450 BC, almost 2500 years ago.

Dont do It with black coffee, it will prevent your body to heal. Instead, do it with non-iodonized sea salt.
