I think they hope you don't realize that remarkable, supernote, and the mostly FOSS PineNote exist.
They are not competitively priced in the space in my opinion.

Yeah, I was also planning to get one, but then I checked their privacy policy 😬 It's not the first time @they get confronted with their shady privacy practices, but so far they just keep ignoring the community, which for itself speaks a lot.

We really need to talk about that Privacy Policy of yours. I don’t see how any of this aligns with the values you portrait to uphold and the marketing you’re doing.
In todays society people are increasingly growing aware of scams like this. You just want to monitor kids & make profiles out of em. Daylight more like Dayspy if you really wanted to profit you wouldn't make stuff like this. I'll be sure to spread the privacy policy with what I think. You need to understand profitting off the kids & monitoring usage is going to have you ending up bankrupt.
This thing doesn't need to be internet enabled.
Even "anonymized analytics" should be opt-in only.
