I've been saying this for years. Saylor, Trump, Thiel, etc are not on our side. They do not want a Bitcoin revolution. Saylor already knows this. He's done the math. He just can't say it while he's playing in the tradfi pool. What would happen to him and his company if he came out and said he was trying to destroy the dollar?
He probably also wants to avoid the serious pain that would come from a quick or sudden demonetization of the dollar. Most people just aren't ready, so it makes sense to take things slow. I don't know if the dollar can be the first fiat in history to end in an orderly fashion, but I hope it can. I do know that all fiat ends, and so does Saylor.
