I was the most blocked person on bluesky but you have me muted too. Nobody should have to ask to be bridged if you're going to clog our feeds with bridged posts from there. It means we would be able to see and follow profiles on Bluesky, and they would be able to see and follow profiles on Nostr. In theory we would not need a bluesky account ourselves, which is how I've seen it work with Mastadon and other services on the Federated network. Basically it would be a 'giant sucking sound' as people realize that Nostr posting is so much better and that all social media roads lead to Nostr.

Tempting, but it really depends on how the bridge is built. I don't want to have to create a Bluesky account myself, but I wouldn't mind being able to see posts and follow profiles from there if there are people worth following.
As far as the number of people commenting concerns about Bluesky being too 'left leaning', I have to ask if you really understand what Nostr is and why it exists. Nostr is the social media protocol platform for the global civilization that we are building. It's not a silo where we only see the posts and profiles that agree with us.
