Not a fan of blue chezum?
Discussion
I wasn't until I had it on a burger. Now, if I go somewhere with a "black and bleu burger" on their menu, I have to get it.
It’s gotta be real blue cheese, but Ive grown to love moldy ass cheeses. There is one cheese I won’t eat tho:
One of my favourite techno tracks is called “casu martzu”
hard pass on maggot cheese
Agreed I can’t eat anything that as present agency.
have you seen those rich Japanese eating live fish at high end restaraunts?
I have seen that and it’s hideous. Please kill your animals before you eat them. We’re not savages.
Yeah, I draw the line at live insects in my food. I'm from Louisiana, I eat crawfish and shrimp. They're basically bugs. I've also eaten roasted crickets and chocolate chip cricket cookies and they were pretty good.
Crawfish and shrimp are delicious 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾
That reminds me, I used to make a shrimp pesto over broccoli all the time, I need to make that again its so easy and really fuckin good..also Pine nuts are a scam.
you gotta have some pine nuts in a pesto for the rich waxy texture but more than a few is overkill
Naw, pesto is a psyop, just basil and garlic that shit, the flavor is right. Pine nuts are so fuckin’ expensive.
that's why you just use a few lol
Listen, if you have a stone pine tree on your property then so be it, but I refuse to pay for those fuckin’ tree seeds.
OK but your pesto is gonna be runny and watery I don't make the rules
How dare you.
submit to pine nut supremacy
Never, I’d rather drown in a portopotty.
if there was pine nuts in it, it'd be thick enough to climb out of
Give me the lactose free version and I’ll
eat it
I didn’t realize you have that issue. Sorry un-milked fren.
There’s pills but they’re hit or miss I find. Especially with the soft cheeses
My buddy takes those pills too but they don’t seem to help. Im glad my ancestors sucked a lot of cow titties because cheese is a huge part of my diet.
I drink milk and eat cheese daily. But, you know…without the lactose
What’s a go-to lactose free cheese? Im curious because Ive never had to think about it.
Swiss and Parmesan are naturally lactose free because of the way they are made and aged. For other types they sell lactose free versions. Same for milk. I usually get 2% without lactose
Good to know, we eat a lot of parmesan in this house so when the ⭕️ finally gets around to a house party I won’t poison you by accident.
Have you ever tried a2 milk? Some people find it isn’t the lactose that is the issue but the a1 beta casein.
No, first time I hear of this. Is this something widely available? That I can find easily at the grocery store?
It is moderately available. Also if the milk says it is from jersey cows it is a2
I’ll look. I think most of the milk available is made here. Then again we probably have a2 milk too
I too am glad I have the lactase persistence gene. I eat a lot of dairy. Delicious cheeses, yogurts & milk🤤
