Truthfully tell me which you are currently eating:

1. Carnivore

2. Ketovore

3. Keto

4. Low-carb

5, Vegan

6. Vegetarian

7. I'm an idiot and don't think about food*

*If you're not thinking about your diet then big-food is doing your thinking for you, which means big-pharma is in your near future...

No macro diet just trying my best at OMAD

160g protein / 75g fat / 180g carbs daily @ 160lbs

Carnivore + Coffee.

I briefly tried stopping coffee but didn't experience any benifits and it just tastes so good โ˜•

Low carb with ~2 cheat days/week tbh.

8. Metabolic ๐ŸŒž

High carb*, mod protein, low (saturated) fat

* including metabolic cofactors (oysters, liver, shrimp, kombu, diary, collagen, sun, play) required to burn natural sugars.

Low carb

I would never subscribe to fad diets, theyโ€™re misguided and unsustainable.

I agree, fad diets like Vegan are silly

Low carbs. With more meat.

16:8 fasting + Carnivore with cheat days/weekends

Animal based diet. Meat, eggs, raw dairy, fruit, honey

Low carb, about 100 grams per day.

Low-carb to Ketovere. Some weeks more one above the other.

Mediterranean but increasing the meat proportion

I think about what I eat, but fall into none of those categories.

What's your category?

Low-carb. But I want Carnivore.

Animal based, no processed foods, no seed oils.

Ketovore for diabetes

8. Mediterranean

Oscillate between 1 & 2 depending on social circumstances.

no label. just real local, mostly cooked at home food

3 & 4, depending on the day.

Low carbโ€ฆslowly making the transition to carnivore

And honestly a lot in part to yours and others posts on Nostr

90% carnivore 10% I'm an idiot that eats poison because it looks/tastes good. Sometimes I'm closer to 95%, 5%

I eat โ€œreal foodโ€ but donโ€™t fall into any of your categories. All meat (fins, fur, feathers), organic veggies and fruit, no processed food, no seed oils.

That would be Paleo, which is what I do.

That pretty much sums it up but I eat a few grains and legumes too.

Balanced diet should be an option in your list

Some would argue that a "balanced diet" is Meat, Water, & Salt :)

I guess everyone has their own opinion, though :)

For a diet to be balanced, you'd have to basically cut out plants almost entirely (there are some exceptions), get rid of seed oils, ditch the sweeteners (except stevia, monk fruit, honey, agave, erythritol), consume animal fat (plant fats make you sick), and drink tea, coffee or water.

If one eats plants, then Paleo would be more "balanced" in that aspect.

That's number 7. ๐Ÿ‘€

1 & 2 (try to stay 95-99% carnivore, w/ a cheat here and there)

8. Not enough

5, but Dr. Esselstyn's whole food plant based

Yoooo, is this the real Ken Berry? Nice ๐Ÿ™Œ

8. Glyphosate is everywhere, in your pee, animal guts, and past your fav plantโ€™s cell walls. HFEP (have fun eating poison) ๐Ÿ’€

Based. I tried to zap you, but says your Lightning address is not set up.

Save your satoshis for your next of kin :) I plan no inheritance.

16 years vegeatrian here.

4. Low carb / goal is no more than 50g net carbs per day as the first rule. Second is rule is 1g of protein for each pound of my goal weight. Everything else falls in line behind that. I naturally find myself eating much more vegetables.

4. Low-Carb for me.

That's what Paleo actually is.

1/2 primarily carnivore

9.

Carnivore

High protein / high fibre / vego

Carnivore here

3

1

Probably 95% beef eater. However, canโ€™t resist the odd can of condensed milk.

Carnivore is the way.

Mediterranean diet

They are more for the carnivore. But for reasons of time and desire sometimes I get fooled by the big food industry. I'm honest ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ and then I love pizza and pasta that are terrible. So unfortunately I'm hurting myself

Carnivore + some supplementary fermented dairy (kefir/blue cheese) + coffee. Lots of butter and sometimes eggs. Heavy cream once a week perhaps.

No sugar, no grains, no alcohol. Weight liftning five days a week + cardio on sundays. 18 hour fast each day.

Never felt better. Never looked better.

Low carb

None of the above, until later today when I finish a four day fast. Then lion for a week, Carnivore for a week, ketovore for a week, then omnivore until my next 4-day fast next month. Even then, I probably won't loose a pound; ablated thyroids suck!
