Been working out for over 20+ years and thatβs the case. Just means you are doing it right π€βοΈβ
Damnn you think I got lied to just so Iβd get started? Well fuck, it was effective π€£
Iβll make sure I pass on the torch π«‘
Also been lifting for years and still sore.
Hot showers and stretching are the only things that helped
No pain, no gain!
Same with Bitcoin, same with everything.
Check your food intake. Meat is essential.
Howβs the protein % intake?
horrible, I havenβt bought any yet
It doesnβt have to be protein powder/shakes per se, but organic food with high % of protein like egg whites, red meat, chicken, tuna packets, peanut butter, etc. can contribute to your daily protein intake
Implementing more protein can help with your muscle recovery process thus alleviating your muscle soreness.
And be sure to drink enough water throughout the day to help the body regulate your metabolism!
would you recommend whole eggs instead of egg whites if Iβm 150lbs
If there arenβt any medical concerns or circumstances, absolutely. Iβm 155-160lbs myself and eat 3 whole eggs every other morning
If cholesterol is a concern at your age, get regularly checked with your doctor/PCP every 6-12 months or so just to be on the safe side.
Watch out for Sleepy this summer

As a former international athlete - it always hurts the same, you just go faster.
π€
that's not normal. try doing full body workouts
oh perhaps gotta stretch it out to relax the tight muscles and tendons. once i had a trainer help me, using things like the foam roller. yoga, depending on the type, can also help release tight tendons and stuff.
