Been working out for over 20+ years and that’s the case. Just means you are doing it right 🀝✌️✊

Damnn you think I got lied to just so I’d get started? Well fuck, it was effective 🀣

I’ll make sure I pass on the torch 🫑

Also been lifting for years and still sore.

Hot showers and stretching are the only things that helped

damn I’ve been taking cold ones.. and I barely know how to stretch.. I need to fix this

Gimme a shout anytime for workout advice brew. My routine/ethic is not normal but it’s legit πŸ˜‚πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€™

No pain, no gain!

Same with Bitcoin, same with everything.

One way is it stop counting to 10 for your sets, do sets to failure πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜Š

Yeah man. Part of working out is having the grit to deal with that type of soreness/tiredness and push thru it and get to new levels. I have more hardware in my lower half than most ikea furniture so i understand the struggle ✊🀝😎

How’s the protein % intake?

horrible, I haven’t bought any yet

It doesn’t have to be protein powder/shakes per se, but organic food with high % of protein like egg whites, red meat, chicken, tuna packets, peanut butter, etc. can contribute to your daily protein intake

Implementing more protein can help with your muscle recovery process thus alleviating your muscle soreness.

And be sure to drink enough water throughout the day to help the body regulate your metabolism!

would you recommend whole eggs instead of egg whites if I’m 150lbs

If there aren’t any medical concerns or circumstances, absolutely. I’m 155-160lbs myself and eat 3 whole eggs every other morning

If cholesterol is a concern at your age, get regularly checked with your doctor/PCP every 6-12 months or so just to be on the safe side.

Watch out for Sleepy this summer

As a former international athlete - it always hurts the same, you just go faster.

that's not normal. try doing full body workouts

oh perhaps gotta stretch it out to relax the tight muscles and tendons. once i had a trainer help me, using things like the foam roller. yoga, depending on the type, can also help release tight tendons and stuff.
