I worked a 9 to 5 for 12+ years and this was hard but certainly doable.

Walking commute, taking outdoor breaks, and walking for a few minutes every hour.
I worked a 9-to-5 for over 16 years, and while it was challenging, small changes like these were absolutely doable and had a huge impact.
I think this would be pretty cool if it worked.
