Last time I looked at the stats Republicans were indeed big receivers of big pharma dollars.

Organic Grass Fed Beef Patties and Greek Salad.

Simple is best.

Recipe

1. Cook patties on bbq

2. Add Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion & Olives to a bowl. (Could add Feta & Oregano but didn't have any)

3. Serve

Energy saving bulbs are not good for you.

Big Tech isn't interested in your health.

Big pharma isn't interested in curing people.

A plant based diet must include animal foods/seafood.

Glyphosate is not good for you.

Wifi, Cell Phones and Bluetooth are not safe.

LDL Cholesterol isn't the main driver of heart disease.

Seed oils are bad for you.

Experts are not always right.

Agree, its certainly not easy to avoid but I believe we can mitigate against it.

Walking commutes, Breaks = Outdoor breaks, Every hour walk

I worked a 9 to 5 for 12+ years and this was hard but certainly doable.

Agree, it’s definitely not easy to avoid, but I believe we can mitigate it.

Walking commute, taking outdoor breaks, and walking for a few minutes every hour.

I worked a 9-to-5 for over 16 years, and while it was challenging, small changes like these were absolutely doable and had a huge impact.

I think this would be pretty cool if it worked.

I like Nostr original content but some good content on the other bird app too.

Can I upload a pdf on here for someone to download and I get their email in return?

It's a good question.

We're getting more Melanoma than ever before but spending the most time indoors and using the most sunscreen in history.

Data from Australia below.
