9/11 memorial workout tomorrow. Feeling like def a 30+ minute situation given the number of rounds.

If you donโ€™t have a rower, can sub a 1 mile run for the buy-in and finisher. Can also obviously scale the deadlift weight to whatever is appropriate cc nostr:npub1t49wf83gf22szm55ftjullyjs3cv9s7s3hky6f9fwfyjx7xfst6qaw2j9u nostr:npub1f0qtaggv9kvgqtpjzhtpguuztwzhl8t3pwmqaalw4p6zc2de724q4pvuy5 nostr:npub1dpca3hcdgfdzkplvmsc28dfllth3fkddy4elc92zd9xk2j5njmqsxraun7

The aggressive mental math had the cardio at 2 mins a piece, and two seconds per box jump and wallball - which turned out closer to 3 seconds each. Overall a burner.

No I didnโ€™t see that, thatโ€™s wild. I usually do jumps at 30โ€ so not worried about 150 at 24. May raise the height if Iโ€™m feeling like a lunatic lol

lets get it! next time hit me with your workouts the day before and I'll do them with you if I don't have a plan

Tomorrow.

Can't remember my time the last time I did this, but quick mental math says sub 20 minutes would be quite fast and a great goal.

When I think of four1:40 500s in a row my first thought isnโ€™t โ€˜pretty easilyโ€™ ๐Ÿ˜…

Iโ€™m not sure because I wasnโ€™t sprinting today - rather trying to operate at around a consistent ~85% effort - but shaving almost a minute feels tough!

Can you do a 6:40 2k sprint? Maybe Iโ€™ll try this week. Honestly think Iโ€™ve only ever done a 2k row once before in my life before today ๐Ÿคฃ

Yesterday my soul left my body during an hour long breathwork session. Highly recommend.

Chose to attack it with 2k on the row to start, and the other 2k as the finisher [7:33 and 7:38 respectively]

You were right, toes to bar were limiting factor here - back and grip both pretty gassed, had to break them into fives by the back half. C+Js not too challenging, took them in five sets of eight.

Thanks for the challenge! Hope you get after it today too.

Great move calling @moneyball a non-dev to piss him off and have him actually start writing code again :)
