I agree with Paul but it's partly a matter of preference. I feel so much better throughout the day when I workout in the morning. My head feels clearer, I feel calmer, and I feel like I already accomplished something. My wife prefers working out in the afternoon as she's not a morning person, so working out in the morning just makes her grumpy.
Paul's tips about having everything ready the night before is good advice. Then, in the morning, if it's all ready it will be staring at you like "you really got this stuff ready and you're not gonna follow through??" My running shoes are really judgmental. 😂

Haha. I get that sentiment. A lot of bitcoiners are around here. For most that’s a feature, but for others it’s totally a bug.
I don’t often post about bitcoin and I try to seek out others that don’t.
I think bitcoin is important and am very pro-bitcoin. But there’s a hell of a lot more to life than bitcoin and my hope is that Nostr grows into more than bitcoin. #grownostr is a great hashtag to follow for non-bitcoin stuff.

And zaps are really exciting. The lightning network is so cool. I notice that YouTube now allows tipping some creators but the minimum amount is $2 and it’s got to be on kyc rails. Not so with lightning.
I don’t know how much a creator gets for an ad on a YouTube video, but I’d rather pay twice that in sats to not have to see the ads.

Also, it seemed like a lot of people just stopped posting for fear of having to deal with a pile on. Better to just stay quiet and make sure people with the Right Opinions don’t have anything to yell at you about. Maybe that was just teacher Twitter though.

I’ve found it takes some time to adjust to low card in terms of running and energy levels. Took me a week or two.
