B12 is found in animal products because they are given as a supplement. Bacteria produce B12. That's why it's just as effective if we take the supplement directly, without going through the animal. Whether there is bioavailable B12 in fermented foods and algaes like spirulina and chlorella has been disputed for many years...What is definitely important to know is that vitamin B12 is heat unstable. This means that the food must also be eaten raw...And who eats raw animal/based "food" these days on a daily base?
I also take B12 supplements, even though I am pretty sure, that our body builds it itself and we can absorbe it from our intestine, when we have a healthy digestion.

Thank you Luna 🙏🏽 It's really easy and doesn't need much time. Just soaking over night in water. Then rinse with water twice a day. Depending the type of seeds, they are ready to harvest within 4 to 10 days. Microgreens can take longer but they need to grow in soil.
And it's also so much fun doing it with kids, so they get to observe how fast these tiny plants grow. And getting in touch with these powerfoods...eating them is pure inspiration for small an big ☺️
Hi Florian, I use always different seeds. In the video I am harvesting a mix of broccoli, mustard and arugula. I l've also using mungo beans, lentils, alfalfa, radish, sunflower seeds, brown millet, red clove... and also grass. There are some seeds that get very slimy (arugula, basil, chia, mustard) when sprouting. So one way is to mix them with other non-slimy seeds, or grow them as microgreens in soil.

Ok….so, is there any being with a soul that has the desire to be killed? I don’t think so. If we humans are able to live a healthy natural life without the need to murder, why should we do so? Who gives us the right to kill helpless beings, or weaker beings, or beings that don’t talk the same language? If you look into the eyes of a wild or domestic animal, it will look at you rather with fear or with love. I’m vegan since over 10 years now. I’m healthy and I cook almost everything from scratch. Only organic food, made with love comes into my body. My body is a garden, not a graveyard.
I know, humans used to have the need of hunting many many years before, when living in caves…but do we live in caves? No…we have upgraded…(or downgraded 😅)…we don’t move as much as we used to…we have settled down…we no longer need to hunt…we are able to grow our food… our digestive system is a herbivore system. Not a carnivore system…no need to harm other beings in order to be healthy and happy. Let’s be kind to all kinds 💚🙏🏼🌱
