Thank you for taking the time reading my article and sharing your take-ways🙏🏼
Did you know that through toxins we damage our pineal gland?
For ex. fluoride is one of the worst toxins…mostly in toothpaste and sometimes added to water.
Fluoride is actually a waste from aluminium production!!!
Also when consuming glutamate or synthetic sweetener like aspartame and acesulfam K etc. These chemicals open and disturb our blood-brain barrier and even more toxins enter the brain. So the pineal gland gets calcified…
Also when we stop meditating or stop being creative etc. The pineal gland shrinks…
We can support our pineal gland and also the pituitary gland with high vibrational music and breathwork…
IMOP we can actually produce enough melatonin… when we have tryptophan in our nutrition. Best to absorb tryptophan, is combining it with something sweet :)
Like 100% cacao with date is the perfect deal also combining it with magnesium, which is also in cacao naturally… 😍✨
it's a miracle...
I've had a similar experience with Aleppo... 🙈
Oh dear...I'm sorry to hear that! I hope your little boy is well. Do you give him tea? Chamomile, fennel seeds, caraway and anise seeds help wonderfully and can also be given to a baby in tea form. It also helps a lot if you drink the tea yourself and consume it with milk.
If this happens frequently, he may be sensitive to it depending on what you have eaten. Onions, garlic, legumes, dairy products etc. Just observe...
I hope you can relax a bit and electricity is back to normal 🍀
Oh yes, Senna is the typical plant against constipation...I never thought of it as a cleansing plant. Senna should not be used regularly, as it increases intestinal constipation...
The plums are very interesting, as they are fermented and have a old tradition in Japan for cleansing. It's gut healthy... :)
Does anyone have experience with colon cleansing with “Prunus Mume,” also known as “green plum” or “Apan apricot”? It is a fermented plum and is said to cleanse the intestines.
I was given two of these as a gift and want to give them a try...but I'd love to hear if anyone has used them before.
I once did a really intensive cleanse a few years ago with Epsom salts, olive oil and grapefruit juice. It's called a liver flush. So probably something completely different than “just” using a plum 😆

That is a great idea...It inspires me to make "a healthy version" of this 💚 I hipe you don't mind...😅
I'd love to...but no android user...sorry... The Webpage looks already amazing! I had no idea, that it had evolved so much 🤩
If your hair and scalp are used to shampoos containing silicones and petroleum derivatives, it will take a few weeks to months for them to accept a natural shampoo. Especially with rhassoul clay, you might experience some dandruff or dry hair at first. A vinegar and water rinse should help. Be careful, vinegar burns in the eyes 😉
If that doesn't work at all, Aleppo soap would be another option. Ideally, it should contain a high percentage of laurel oil.
Hey zap.cooking fam...Wow, this page has evolved so much! Makes me feel like writing another recipe for you guys :)
I just had an amazing veggie salad with raw vegan falafel, made in the dehydrator.
Would you like the falafel recipe or a no-tuna salad as my next recipe on zap.cooking? Let me know

Yes, you know it...
It's our bodies getting so much used to receive energy from the outside, instead of creating the energy from our inside...It's dynamic energy vs stimulated energy. dynamic energy comes from our inside and is more efficient and less volatile, the stimulated energy that comes from dense energetic food like meat, caffeine, sugar etc.
Let's see if we get resonance :)
Thank you so much for the kind words; the support shall be mutual :) What makes us unhealthy is all the industrially processed junk... I cook everything myself, from scratch. Absolutely no convenience-food... I eat 99% raw food. I'm happy to support others wherever I can. My strength lies in plant-based nutrition. And everyone eventually discovers what truly nourishes them. Most people feel better when they switch to eating a lot of meat. But this is mainly because they stop consuming all the grains and junk food. Because grains and dairy products, cause mucus buildup... Plants have incredible power. I also don't eat legumes, for example, only in form of sprouts... But I do eat plenty of nuts, seeds, and kernels. I never heat oils because that can cause inflammation.
We are quite addicted to food...not also because of flavors, also emotions play a roll...
Deep fried food is very toxic...But I know how hard it can be, to give up habits...That's why we have to know what to replace it with.
I also enjoy teaching how to grow your own sprouts, prepare healthy sweet snacks, and so on.
And yes, staying hydrated is absolutely essential. You could set a timer for every hour to remind yourself to drink. It also helps to fill water bottles and have them empty by the end of the day. Or you could try flavoring your water a little. A splash of lemon juice, a few fresh mint leaves, or hibiscus blossoms.
It would be really cool to have a little group of plebs/nostriches who need support, tips, tricks etc...and have monthly calls for the support, exchange etc.
🤗
Haha, of course I do 😅 ... Well just use volcanic soil, or in German: "Lavaerde" . I've been using this for over a decade. For rinsing, use a splash of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar diluted with water. 1:10 (it's like a conditioner, but without silicones or petroleum derivatives)
It won't foam... but it doesn't have to. And I suggest not to wash hair more often then once a week or even better once a month...
This past year invited deep reflection for me as a self-employed therapist, and creative soul. I’ve revisited what truly served my clients (and myself) and what didn’t. It’s led me to gently restructure how I show up, so I can stand even more clearly in my purpose—whether that’s through holistic plant-based nutrition, energy work, my raw vegan snacks, or my hand sown herbal eye masks, created as gentle tools for relaxation, deep sleep and inner connection.
As I'm reading through this feed, I’ve noticed a few of you expressing a wish for healthier eating habits in the new year—so I wanted to offer something simple: Whether it’s meal prep ideas, easy everyday tips, healthy snacks, or gentle transition tricks—I share what truly works, drawn from 18+ years of experience in holistic nutrition.
If you’re curious about nourishing yourself with the power of plants, I’d love to support! Maybe even gather a small group once a month to share, ask questions, and support each other—which doesn't mean everyone has to change to a 100% plant based diet...no dogma...
I’d be happy to support this journey for a healthier lifestyle. All decentralized, of course... ⚡
What do you think—would something like this resonate?
I had no idea that elderberry grow in tropics 😍 Seems like a great relaxing day 💦 🌞
It can be but fluoride builds up in bone and thyroid, bromides in thyroid, BPA etc in fat, etcetcetc
Pretty sure it goes way beyond the glands...fluoride also finds its way into the brain...and calcifies the pineal gland.
That's why I use blue filter glasses on the PC and in Shops etc. I actually want some red-orange filter glasses too...What do you suggest is better?
"They" never have cared about our well being...We have to take self custody of our health...not only of our money.
There is so much poison out there. I mean all those herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, canned "food", "food" that can be heated in the microwave, one-way dishes... All full of chemicals! Even if it's supposedly eco-friendly and recyclable... the materials are coated... and the coating is full of chemicals, and if we then believe we can actually compost the packaging, we're putting these toxins directly into our soil and groundwater.
Endocrine distruption happens through so many factors: food-packaging is a big issue...chemicals migrate into the food and it's a coctail of chemicals. Also BPA/BPS/BPF and PFAS etc. All these chemicals are highjacking the system! Stress is another big factor for disruption.
If our endocrine system is stuck/blocked, out of balance we must clean first our waste water system, which is the lymphatic system. That is the root of all cause!
And now it's tea time and with freshly made chocolate pearls...Heavenly fudgy delicious 🤤 Only highvibe food!

It’s true that our body produces enzymes. The point of raw food isn’t that we need food enzymes to survive, but that they can support digestion. Enzymes in raw foods start breaking down food before and during digestion, which can reduce the workload on our own enzyme system and improve nutrient absorption. It’s more about efficiency and support.
Besides containing live enzymes, raw food is also healthy because it is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and secondary plant compounds that can be destroyed through cooking/heat or washed out when boiled.
You can get food very crispy in a dehydrator if you dehydrate it for a longer time. It's a great appliance for giving food a kind of cooked or baked flavor without heating it excessively, so it remains "alive." This means that below 42°C (108°F), the enzymes in the food remain active. Just like in our bodies: at temperatures above 42°C (108°F), our enzymes begin to degrade, and irreversible damage can occur.
Some people also use dehydrators at higher temperatures; this dries vegetables, fruit or other foods much faster, but they also lose many more nutrients.
Energy balls I usually make without a dehydrator...and store in the fridge. But I have made cookies and crackers too...
I did that in autumn...👌 I try to have all fresh fruits available as fresh and juicy as possible...
Good morning Nostr Fam 🥰 💜
I'm already active in the kitchen 😋 results coming later.
- Raw vegan Chocolate Pearls are already in the fridge sitting to "mature"
- Raw vegan falafel are "baking" in the dehydrator
- Raw vegan Tuna Salad in the making...sunflower seeds need to soak a little more... usually I soak them at least 1 to 2 days, so they can germinate...but the idea of the tuna salad came spontaneous.
What else could I make for the dehydrator? I like to fill it to use the energy properly...
Give me some ideas, please 🙏 🤗
Enjoy your day...And do what you love and love what you do 💜
