I hear this all too often, my response is "get naked in your front room with the curtains open for all to see then" - which they invariably respond with "but that's nobody's business" to which I reply "exactly, now you know why privacy is important. It's not about having something to hide, it's just some things are your business and yours alone!"

I can vouch for this. '24 has been the year of learning that not everyone you associate with is your friend. Use terms like associate, workmate, colleague, classmate etc but save the word friend for those who are worthy of it.
