Muitas vezes alguns desses bons ensinadores só conseguem durar 1 ou 2 anos pois os próprios alunos colocam em primeiro lugar em uma lista de melhores professores, mas sempre vem o diretor dizer que "Ele deixa tudo muito fácil de aprender" e hora ou outra, são substituídos, apesar de deixar um rastro de conhecimento que realmente é lembrado até o fim.
