During periods of high stress, sometimes I sleep walk. I thought I was warming a bag of frozen milk for my son. Considering we don't warm the milk that way, I fucked up twice. Once in my dream and simultaneously in reality. Luckily my wife came in from the garage and was like "wtf are you doing" and i quickly stopped the micro. It felt kind of good to be without a phone for 18 hours or so.

But yes, its incredibly distressing to find myself completely out of control in the middle of the night and watching my perceived reality reconstitute itself in real time to accord with actual reality.
