Could have a hosting meter and let your audience pay for your hosting costs too.
You build a pattern style client first and focus on individual relationships with creators who won’t mind doing the extra work and brining their audiences over.
Do this enough times with enough people, and ONLY then enable client-wide content browsing.
Throwing people into a YouTube style client is just going to result in them leaving.
We do not need a YouTube clone, in fact, any such clone is practically destined to fail.
Nostr has an advantage where content can be seen directly in social feeds. This means we don’t need a place that aggregates content - that may actually be a legal liability as well.
We need more of a 1-1 relationship type of video client where each creator has a dedicated feed and people can hop between the ones they follow without seeing one specific niche and quickly dismissing the entire “platform”

It’s very hard to make one. Not just technically, but having good content is the biggest challenge. Creators have little to no incentive to join. Basically only the deplatformed ones might care.

The way I see it, and I could be totally wrong since I’m not really following any of this closely, Israel is probably a bit shocked that they are actually getting hit back, and there is seemingly no shortage of ballistic missiles.
This is a very unpopular war not supported by practically anyone - the public opinion is very much anti war, the Trump base has been very anti-war, in fact part of why he was elected was to avoid wars.
My guess is Israelis have some serious compromising dirt on Trump, and this is why he has done what he has, OR, he’s just following terrible advice from a close group of hyenas who would love nothing less than full US involvement in Iran. In any case, Trump is not in a good position here and he knows it. For him it would be great to call it a victory and have it wrapped up, but it doesn’t sound like Iran is falling for it. They will drag it out as long as necessary because they really don’t like what Israel has done (or should we say what the US has done?)
Practically speaking I think Iran is probably not in any position to negotiate on anything because push comes to shove US will do what it does best - hammer for as long as it takes. It won’t go over well with the voter base at home and they’ll probably wish to avoid this at all costs - but hey - what were they thinking was going to happen? Maybe the Trump camp got played?
