Not concerned about muscle or bone/organ loss as I still fill my daily calorie needs, just within a 6 hour window.
I’ve been doing 18/6 for long periods, like year+. Don’t find it hard at all tbh. I do weight training 3-4 times a week plus some cardio
As long as I eat after workouts and get my calorie count filled in my eating window it’s all good
Can’t be too kind to myself 😅
