Who can I pay to evaluate my personal health situation and formulate a customized guide for my optimal diet, exercise, supplements, recovery protocols, etc so that I don't have to spend countless hours diving down biohacking rabbit holes?

Look up functional medicine doctors in your area 🤙🏼

This.

Certain gyms do this. Lifetime I know does when you sign up for a personal trainer.

Depending on your age check out P.D Mangan on Twitter. He's 60+ and in great shape (with no exogenous performance-enhancing help). He's a no-nonsense minimal effort maximum returns type of guy.

He's also a bitcoin maxi I believe. I seem to remember he had laser eyes at one point lol

👆 makes sense

#[2] seems to have done the work. You must promise to keep your shirt on if you work with him and see results.

Pretty sure Xiaolin is an Asian porn bot. Nobody looks like that irl.

I never knew 'Asian porn bots' was a thing. Xiaolin you seem too good to be true. haha

If Asian porn bots are your thing.. I can be your Xiao-bot 😈🤣

Cc: #docchain …any of you into this? Would be a great idea to create an evidence based bio-hacking service by sovereign individuals for sovereigns

don’t make me even more tempted to quit my fiat gig & hang my own shingle doc 😂

Oura ring + whole foods low carb diet will fix almost anything. Elimination diet will identify problem foods.

Gotta be really careful with health info and disinformation. It seems 'their' game is how to make us sick nowadays.

Eat mostly high quality protein (grass fed beef, organic chicken, wild salmon, free range eggs) heritage pork supplemented with fruits focusing on antioxidant rich berries (blue, black, rasp, strawberry) and organic apples.

Focus on weight training using barbells and dumbbells and performing simple complex lifts like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press incline dumbbell bench, curls, pull ups, rows. Lift at least 3 days a week. Never skip legs. Do them 2x a week if you can.

Sprints are better than long distance running for building muscle and increasing testosterone. However, hiking or brisk walking in the woods, particularly uphill, is good for cardio and for the soul.

Drink plenty of water, black coffee and tea.

Avoid all processed foods, seed oils, sugar, soda, etc.

Sleep 7-8 hrs a day.

Listen to your body. Rest if you’re tired/sore.

That’s 95% of the path. The last 5% you’ll pick up as you go.

Supplements are mostly over rated. The few that are worthwhile for some:

Magnesium citrate 250 mg

Creatine 5 mg daily

Vitamin D 5000U

Ashwaganda

Zinc

Probiotic

I eat kito. Processed grains and sugar are basically poison. Lots of fat, protein, and some green vegetables. Pure butter or gee and as much grass fed beef as I can afford. Eggs is my staple. Supplements: a good multivitamin, vitamin D (plus as much sunshine), zinc, vitamin C, Quercetin, and Plenty of vitamin B. For anyone who took the shot and are trying to purge the body from the toxic spike protein check out this article on https://petermcculloughmd.substack.com/p/dissolution-of-spike-protein-by-nattokinase

Nattokinase shows promise in purging the spike protein.

Exercise. At least 10K steps a day. Run a mile if possible. Light resistance training to keep the muscles firm is sufficient for me.

That’s my routine.

One last thing, intermittent fasting is great if you’re looking to lose weight or regulate blood sugar. The easiest method to start is to eat during a window from about 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If that’s too restricting, you can do noon-8.

Lol #[2] you’ll find lots of people willing to take money but the hard truth there are few shortcuts or simple answers .. most people’s goals are not realistic, input low investment and expect high return. Saying that, almost any change is possible like Bitcoin it’s basically math.

Just eat meat.

Elk is best

Sent you a DM

I’m pretty sure there are plenty Industries who are after your money ;)

Been there. Done that. Ultimately, it’s an easy formula.

1. To lose fat, you’ve got to be in a calorie deficit.

2. Focus on macros. 1gram of protein for every pound of ideal body weight. Preferably meat. Most people eat way too many carbs.

3. Lift weights. Most people mess around with supersets and circuits and all kinds of other stuff. It’s good and can be helpful, but it over complicates it. A good plan utilizes complex lifts (deadlift, squat, bench, and pull-ups).

4. Get your overall testosterone checked.

Or just look into fasting and get up off your ass.

Glean bits of diet/exercise advice and experiment for yourself where you choose but always reject the hardline dogmatic approach. Understand why abdomen is a stubborn area to begin with. Nobody can learn the mechanisms for you.

I think simplicity is the key. Eat whole foods and stuff people ate before there was any food industry. Avoid sugar, seed oils and white flour. Exercise and sleep regularly and enough.

ChatGPT 🙃

Check out Crossfit. Not only are you getting programming and coaching for wods, crossfit.com has plenty of resources on mobility and nutrition. Abs are definitely made in the kitchen. You can also do crossfit at home using their wod of the day. Movements can easily be researched.

You may take a look at this https://info.insidetracker.com/sinclair

I also recommend listen and read what dr David Sinclair has to say :)

I heard about this through Peter Diamandes.

I haven't signed up yet, though I plan to.

Peter Attia. If he's still taking clients.

I don't think I need to tell the privacy guy, but don't do any of the genetic testing.

Buy a dexcom G6 to monitor your blood sugar.

Nothing above 140 ever

glucose variability of 15

mean glucose below 100

There's nothing more important to your health then metabolic health.

I'd check out Layne Norton. As someone with a strong biomedical background I have a lot of respect for how he approaches training and nutrition, which is sensible and data-driven and he keeps up with the literature. You can find him on lots of podcasts and on social media to get a feel for if his products are a good fit. Good luck!

Would like to help - I’ve read your blog and your fitness journey and think the results you’ve been able to achieve are great. We generally don’t do bio hacking, we do track macros at least initially as part of the evaluation period and formulate an exercise and nutrition plan based on your goals. Send me a DM if you’re interested and we can talk to see if we might be a good fit.

Less food more sport!

No one you can trust. No one else other than you is incentived to give you optimal advice or put in the effort to find what works best for you.

My wife and I dedicate much of our life doing this and more for ourselves and occasionally friends that are in need. I’ve gotten a lot out of your posts and sharing of your expirations, I’d be happy to share what I know to get you going. Honestly, you’ll want to eventually be your own authority on your health but others can definitely jump start that process with what has worked for them. Appreciate your work. Best - Gian

People as motivated as you will have success. Outsourcing the data acquisition and plan development makes sense. You’ll probably benefit from a team addressing this. What I care about for people like you more than a specific weight is that you live a long healthy fulfilling life.

I’m a doctor who effectively addressed my health by going against the medical guidelines. Not perfect, but progressing. Feel free to reference a longer post about my transition at www.foodasmedicine.org/post/eichorn-health-manifesto.

I’d be interested in talking with you about this. Note I’m only licensed in Michigan so I’d need for you to establish care physically in Michigan but then if you were to continue here you’d need to come to Michigan every three years. I’d also do an introductory visit first to see if we’re a good fit.

Other people id recommend in addition to those mentioned by others include:

Dr Tro Kalayjian at doctortro.com. Licensed in all 50 states and works with a team.

Dr Sean Omara at drseanomara.com. Works closely with very motivated people.

Dr Leland Stillman at stillmanmd.com. Nontraditional functional medicine.

Chris Masterjohn at chrismasterjohnphd.com. He would be an excellent resource to consult with if you’re looking at addressing nutrient deficiencies

Feel free to DM me as well or call my office at 269-276-4347. Please leave a message if I can’t answer when you call.
