Pull ups, push ups and air squats. Start small and build up from it
For cardio walking is the best low impact choice we have
Second this. Push-ups every minute on the minute will build strength up quick.

Planks: front and side, push-ups, sit ups. Keep it simple.

Calisthenics is the way. Add in squats, lunges, & pull ups too.

Throw in a mile run and build up to longer distances as well. The cardio will make a huge difference when you get to the gym.
Throw in 3 full marathons per week and 600lbs deadlift and you're set bro
Do some burpees youโll be exhausted in no time.
burpees are so painful tho looks eazy๐
What I like to do when Iโm travelling/away from the weights:
200 push-ups
200 sit-ups
200 air squats
If youโre starting, you can do 100 of each.
I like splitting it up by doing 10-20 of each (so 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 air squats) then 30 seconds to 1 minute break then repeat
Push ups are always a good first step. If you cant do alot in the beginning you can always do them at an incline. Like against a chair or table to get more reps. Itโs also a good time to find something you enjoy to listen to while you are doing them. Makes the time go by and doesnโt feel like boring work.
Pushups, pull-ups, burpees, squats, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, sit-ups. So nothing fancy. But if you have money and space get a rower. Rowing is the best single exercise to activate every muscle, lungs, and hearth.
