Pull ups, push ups and air squats. Start small and build up from it

For cardio walking is the best low impact choice we have

Been walking a lot thanks to our dog ๐Ÿ’œ

Awesome ๐Ÿ‘

Second this. Push-ups every minute on the minute will build strength up quick.

Indeed! You can set targets as well. For example: 10 of each every hour or however you wantโ€ฆ

Small steps will get you there so that way you donโ€™t get burned out. I have been doing this for a while and donโ€™t even have a gym membership anymore lol

damn sounds good buddy ๐Ÿ’œ

There is a Bodyweight fitness app that is highly rated by the Reddit community, iOS and android

Have a link to that by any chance buddy? ๐Ÿ’œ

It has links to the recommended routine and videos on how to do all the exercises

Planks: front and side, push-ups, sit ups. Keep it simple.

Based ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Calisthenics is the way. Add in squats, lunges, & pull ups too.

Need to build up a good routine ๐Ÿ’œ

Used to a bit of calisthenics back in the day ๐Ÿ‘€

Throw in a mile run and build up to longer distances as well. The cardio will make a huge difference when you get to the gym.

Wanna help me set up a weekly routine? ๐Ÿ’œ

Would be a perfect starting point for sure ๐Ÿค—

Absolutely. Iโ€™ll shoot you something very simple in your DM.

DM isnโ€™t showing up in my feed. Let me know if you got it.

got it ser ๐Ÿ’œ

Throw in 3 full marathons per week and 600lbs deadlift and you're set bro

done, now what?

just start carrying the school bus around town so we save fuel?

Whoโ€™s gonna carry the boats, and the logs

You got a spare sunday or two next month?

Do some burpees youโ€™ll be exhausted in no time.

burpees are so painful tho looks eazy๐Ÿ™ƒ

What I like to do when Iโ€™m travelling/away from the weights:

200 push-ups

200 sit-ups

200 air squats

If youโ€™re starting, you can do 100 of each.

I like splitting it up by doing 10-20 of each (so 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 air squats) then 30 seconds to 1 minute break then repeat

This is good advice ๐Ÿค™

Push ups are always a good first step. If you cant do alot in the beginning you can always do them at an incline. Like against a chair or table to get more reps. Itโ€™s also a good time to find something you enjoy to listen to while you are doing them. Makes the time go by and doesnโ€™t feel like boring work.

Current form is like ~25 in a row ๐Ÿ’œ

Thats really good. I cant even do that. Keep up the great work

thank you brother ๐Ÿ’œ

Pushups, pull-ups, burpees, squats, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, sit-ups. So nothing fancy. But if you have money and space get a rower. Rowing is the best single exercise to activate every muscle, lungs, and hearth.

Damn, really wish I had a rowing machine ๐Ÿ’œ

Some great recommendations here, thank you bud ๐Ÿซถ

Push-ups! No weight needed! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿซก

Perfect ๐Ÿ’œ Will start today ๐Ÿซก
