Each time this type of behaviour is seen only amplifies the use case for Nostr (like inflation or seizure of fiat does for BTC)

How do they even know if you are using X via VPN?
As long as Twitter account is anonymous they can't know if they are using X with VPN.
I think that depends on the VPN. Some don't obfuscate so the #ISP can clearly see the customer is using a #VPN. I imagine if they can, it's one more law away, forcing ISPs to block VPN destination outside the country?
A good VPN will look like this, but many will give you away, even some well known ones. Brazilians better educate themselves sharpish.
