IMHO, I disagree. Biden is, definitely, but I think many people confuse a lot of what Trump says as unintelligent when he simply uses a lot of hyperbole, showmanship, and has an older speech pattern.

Don't get me wrong; I think he's far from perfect, but I also think people discount how good he is at business and negotiation, and how valuable that is in political leadership.
