Cream cheese would have to be up there in the smoked salmon category. Have you ever had Bacon wrapped dates or scallops? Coffee and tiramisu? I could think of a few others but those are top of mind at the moment.

I'm not a fan of avocado, but I have found that buttered sweet potatoes go well with salmon. Drench the salmon filet in fresh lemon juice, fresh cracked pepper, and broil for 12min. Spoon drawn butter over the top and broil for another 2min. Serve with those sweet potatoes and everyone's gonna be happy.
