I resisted writing a book for years since it’s such a tedious process, until finally a book formed in my head that I felt needed to exist, and that was too distracting for me *not* to write. And then I poured everything I had into it.
I listened to this while running. It's a great book, Lyn. I think that all that are new to finances, money, and Bitcoin should read it.

By far my favorite book on the subject. Recommend it countless times in the last year and will continue to do so.
Whoever gave a review less than 5 stars was being super petty. It would be cool for a a curriculum in finance to teach based on this book. Also relevant to history/economics/science/politics/ etc.

It was a great book, especially coming from an academic background. Other Bitcoin books were more hand wavy subjective.

I am glad you wrote this book. I always thought I understood money but then I read this book and now I get it! I was bullish on Bitcoin but now I really see Bitcoin as paradigm shift in money. Thank you for writing the book. It educated me that inflation is not a naturally occurring phenomenon but rather intentionally induced by the government to encourage spending and discourage saving.

This is the most digestible book I have ever read on the evolution of money and a great book to lend out to open eyes to the fiat scam.
