Week 6 of my #BTClift challenge.

Today I played around with one handed deadlifts. At a BTC price of 107k USD I had to lift 107.5 kg (237 lbs). My grip strength wasn't quite there yet, so I had to use straps. I think if we drop another 5k or stay at this level for a few weeks, then I would get it without asisstance.

I change my approach every few weeks because I get bored fast.

But this is the best way I've found so far:

Start the pan as hot as possible, so that the bottom gets a nice crispy crunchy texture. Once you notice the bottom crispifying you turn the heat down to the lowest setting. Some of the white should still be raw/liquid at this point. Now you cover the pan with a lid so that the top can also get some heat. Wait until the white has fully solidified and then you are done.

The result should be a crispy egg white and a yolk that is verry runny on the inside. If you eat this on bread you can soak the bread in the yolk, a fork is recommend.

When someone sends you dust ammounts from an address which looks simmilar to yours. They hope you confuse their address with your own and mistakingly send some coins to their address. You can "defend" against this attack by never reusing addresses.

Yes, sports tend to be poor career choice. But there is something to be said about developing mental drive and resilience through athletec competiton.

I want to start a new challenge: The Bitcoin price lift challenge. Every week I will attempt a lift with the weight of the BTC/USD price. So If Bitcoin is at 100 K I have to lift 100 Kg, if Bitcoin is at 150 K I have to lift 150 Kg.
