We did get stopped once by border patrol, in mid November, between Phoenix and Kingman Az, and some lady came walking up on the side of our van, knocking on it or something and kinda yelling/hollering in Spanish, and we were both like, excuse me, what are you saying?!

No, I'm actually pointing out that depending on who is in charge, different things are considered deportable offenses. It used to be by calling a man a man, but now apparently it's about being negative aniit Israel. I'm more aligned with the current administration, so that's why I feel safer right now.
But I do think there is a difference in how one conducts themselves as well. A greencard isn't citizenship, and they have the right to revoke it. If I leave the country for more than 6 months, I risk losing it. If I don't ask for permission to be out of the country for a specific reason and leave for 2 years, it's automatically canceled.
I can't vote, and I still need to adhere to American laws.
A marriage greencard means I only need to wait 3 years before I can become a citizen, while it's 5 years for all other greencards.

Execution of summary judgement without judicial oversight is bad. And that isn't the only problem.
Worse is that this administration is blatently ignoring the courts. Apparently all you have to do is call them "activist judges" and you get to ignore them. So when the courts issued a stay on their deportation, the administration ignored it and deported anyways. And when the courts issued an order to bring them back into the US for trial, the administration pretended they had no power to do this (even as they pay El Salvador to keep them).
Worse is that they have criminalized speech, and are executing summary judgement in these cases too. Of course it is because the Israel lobby has their balls in a sling. How else can they suddenly be against free speech? I can't believe they are making such decisions willingly. And that is even worse, that the US isn't operating under the rule of law, it is operating under the rule of Netanyahu.

I feel this argument is all formed from a matter of perspective. I've spent the majority of my life as a legal immigrant in countries that have zero problem with legal immigration, in order to escape living in countries with gigantic illegal immigration problems. This obviously means everyone is vetted, and is mostly treat with respect, as a part of the local work force, a student or a tourist or spousal visa, that needs to be approved. I understand due process is important but so is the same due process on entry. Hence the problems that other countries don't have.

El Salvador had to compromise on due process when they rounded up the gang members. When 1% of your population are murderous , violent, criminals who need to be locked up, there simply aren't enough judges or lawyers to give everyone full due process.
The West faces the exact same problem with illegals. We've allowed in literally tens of millions of violent, unproductive, people who need to be forced out, and fast. There aren't enough judges or lawyers on the planet to give every one of those people trials.
The compromise is some innocent people will be wronged. But overall it's the right compromise to make. Fighting violence and criminality at this scale is closer to fighting a war than it is a policing action.
